Contains: Mt. Olympus ironwort (Sideritis scardica), Ginkgo (Ginkgo Biloba), Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Cardamon (Elettaria cardamomum).
Adaptogenic herbs: Reishi, Licorice.
Directions of use:
Soak the teabag for 4-5 minutes in water (up to 500ml) at 95°C, while stirring by using the sprig of mountain tea, which is attached to the teabag. Consume every hour of the day.
