Contains: Mt. Olympus ironwort (Sideritis scardica), Dittany of Crete (Oreganum dictamnus), Chamomile (Matricaria chamolilla), Fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgare), Magnolia berries (Schisandra chinensis), Carob (Ceratonia silique), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Ginger (Zingiber officinalis).
Adaptogenic herbs: Magnolia berries, Liquorice.
Directions of use:
Soak the teabag for 4-5 minutes in water (up to 500ml) at 95°C, while stirring by using the sprig of mountain tea, which is attached to the teabag. Consume before or after a meal.
