Contains: Mt. Olympus ironwort (Sideritis scardica), Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Chinese milkvetch (Astragalus membranaceus), Ginger (Zingiber officinalis), Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), Licorice (Glycyrriza glabra), Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium).
Adaptogenic herbs: Reish, Licorice.
Directions of use:
Soak the teabag for 4-5 minutes in water (up to 500ml) at 95°C, while stirring by using the sprig of mountain tea, which is attached to the teabag. Consume every hour of the day.
