Adaptogenic herbs: Ashwagandha, Licorice.
Directions of use:
Soak the teabag for 4-5 minutes in water (up to 500ml) at 95°C, while stirring by using the sprig of mountain tea, which is attached to the teabag. Consume before bedtime.
