Contains: Mt. Olympus ironwort (Sideritis scardica), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Virginian skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Damask rose (Rosa damascena), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera).
Adaptogenic herbs: Licorice, Ashwagandha.
Directions of use:
Soak the teabag for 4-5 minutes in water (up to 500ml) at 95°C, while stirring by using the sprig of mountain tea, which is attached to the teabag. Consume every hour of the day.
