Ashwaganda is a small bush with yellow flowers that grows mainly in India and has a long history of use. It is considered an adaptogenic herb with withanolides being its main active compounds.

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults:
Take 1 capsule per day, preferably during a meal, as a food supplement or according to your doctor’s directions.
